Dr. Grand is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. A graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, followed by a fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Since joining the Hand & Shoulder Center in 2004, he has been instrumental in advancing patient care in Western Pennsylvania.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Grand serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh, where he mentors the next generation of hand surgeons. His dedication to global health is evident through his volunteer work with ReSurge International, providing reconstructive surgical care and educating surgeons in Bolivia, Nepal, and Tanzania.
